After you sign up for our FREE Home Pickup and Delivery service, you will receive a confirmation email that will explain the service in more detail and let you know your area’s pick-up and delivery days. If you do not have a credit card on file with us, a service representative will contact you to add a payment method for your cleaning services. Then, your delivery specialist will drop off a starter kit at your home that includes a free garment bag to put your clothes in and a hook for your door. They will also note special instructions and where you would like your finished orders delivered.
