We offer our Wash & Fold Laundry Service to businesses, including wellness and fitness centers, medical offices, and VRBO/Air BnB properties. A Cleaner World will pick up and deliver freshly laundered linens, towels, washcloths, uniforms and more right to your doorstep. It's as easy as that.
How does the Wash & Fold Laundry Service work?
Our full service laundry is for anything that doesn’t require dry cleaning or pressing like: t-shirts, workout clothes, under garments, socks, towels, sheets, bathroom mats, etc. We will then fluff & fold your garments so they are ready to wear!

1 Gather Your Clothes
Fill your bag with your dirty laundry. You don't need to sort or do any advanced preparations; that's our job. There’s no need to pre-sort. Our home laundry specialists will sort and separate light from dark items. We also check pockets and look for and pre-treat stains.

2 We Wash and Fold Them
Quality cleaning requires quality products and laundry equipment. Your clothes are washed and dried in our commercial laundry equipment, with high quality detergents, by trained experts who specialize in caring for garments. Finally, we neatly fold your items, socks are matched, and the clothes are wrapped up nice and tidy like a present.

3 Get Your Clean Clothes
Typically within 24 hours, you can pick up your fresh laundry. If you are in one of our laundry delivery service areas in North Carolina, we can pick-up and deliver your laundry for free.

How does it work?
Whether you use our locations or our Free Home Pick Up and Delivery, place your Wash-Dry-Fold items in a separate bag from your dry cleaning. We’ll wash, dry and neatly fold everything and return it to you in a reusable blue Wash Dry Fold bag.

Which plan is right for me?
Most individuals typically use about 30-40 lbs a month. For 2 people, 80 lbs/month is the typical usage of wash & fold. As a reference, a regular washing machine typically holds 10-15 Lbs. If the plan you initially selected does not suit your needs, you can change your plan at any time. The new plan will take effect as soon as your current plan expires.

How long does it take?
We’ll typically have them ready for you within 24 hours or on your next drop-off day for home delivery customers.

What can I put in my bag?
Anything that can be washed, dried, and folded. Think about items like shirts/t-shirts, pants/shorts, sweatshirts, socks/underwear, towels, comforters, and sheets.

How big is the bag?
Our Wash & Fold bags are 20-gallon nylon bags that hold approximately 20 lbs of laundry.

Do I have to sort or pre-treat stains?
Nope. Simply fill the bag before pickup and we will take it from there. We sort all lights and darks into separate piles and pre-treat stains before items go in the washer.

What is the length of the plan?
The laundry plan is month to month and will automatically renew on the renewal date each month unless you notify us prior to renewal day to cancel.

What happens if I go over my plan?
No worries. We charge a flat rate of $39 for each additional bag over your plan allowance.

Can you deliver my clean laundry to my door?
We currently offer free pick up and delivery in Winston-Salem, Pfafftown, Advance, Clemmons, Lewisville, Greensboro, High Point, Jamestown, Oak Ridge, Summerfield, Kernersville, Banner Elk, Grandfather Mountain, and Blowing Rock.
You do not need to be home when items are picked up and delivered. We will place your clean items on the door hook in your pre-determined, weather-sheltered location. Just fill your bag and have it by your outside door no later than 8:00 am for pick-ups.

How do I pay for my cleaning?
Your cleaning will be charged directly to the credit/debit card you have on file.

Are dry cleaning and laundered shirts included?
These plans are only for wash & fold orders. Dry cleaning and laundered shirts are charged per piece as part of our dry cleaning service.

Can I put dry cleaning items in with this laundry?
If we find an item that should not be laundered in your wash dry fold bag, it will automatically be dry cleaned instead at the normal rate.

Can I give a subscription as a gift?
Of course! Wash & Fold Laundry Service is a great gift for college students, the elderly, new mothers, single parents, teachers, bereavement periods and times of sickness.
