How does A Cleaner World’s pickup & delivery service work?
Sign up online or through your local store. On your pickup day, leave your bag in a designated area by 8 a.m. We’ll collect, clean, and return your items on the next delivery day—fresh, pressed, and ready to wear.

Do I need to be home for pickup or delivery?
No. Simply place your A Cleaner World bag in your designated spot. Your driver will pick it up and deliver your cleaned items on the next route day.

Never! Our pickup and delivery service is completely free with no minimum order required.

When you enroll, you’ll securely save a card on file. Your cleaning charges are billed automatically before delivery.

What if I need same-day service?
For rush items, visit your nearest A Cleaner World store. We offer same-day service at most locations.

Is there a contract or commitment required?
No. Pickup and delivery is a free, flexible service that you can pause, update or cancel anytime.

How do I know when my driver is arriving?
You receive text reminders the evening before pickup and notifications when your order is delivered.

How long does turnaround take?
Most items are returned on the next delivery day, typically 2–3 days, depending on your route.
Sign Up is Free and Easy
After you sign up, you will receive a confirmation email that will explain the service in more detail and let you know your area’s pick-up and delivery days. If you do not have a credit card on file with us, a service representative will contact you to add a payment method for your cleaning services. Then, your delivery specialist will drop off a starter kit at your home that includes a free garment bag to put your clothes in and a hook for your door. They will also note special instructions and where you would like your finished orders delivered.
