- FREE - The dry cleaning and laundry prices are the same as in stores; there are no minimum order requirements, monthly fees, or delivery charges.
- CONVENIENT - Anything you can bring to one of our stores (dry cleaning, shirt laundry, rugs, bedding, wash and fold laundry, and alterations) we can pick up at your front door; you don’t even need to be home.
- A TIME SAVER - Avoid the traffic and lines, leave your bag on the porch, and we’ll take care of the rest.
As a Home Delivery customer, you also receive the same benefits as our In-Store customers, including birthday savings, newsletter specials, frequent cleaner club discounts, and use of our express drop boxes! In addition, use your Home Delivery bags at any of our locations for same-day service when needed.

Pick-Up and Delivery Work?
After you sign up, you will receive a confirmation email that will explain the service in more detail and let you know your area’s pick-up and delivery days. We are in your neighborhood on Monday and Thursday or Tuesday and Friday. There's no need to be home. Enjoy the same expert garment care, just with FREE Home Delivery.

1 Stuff Your Bag & Leave It
We will send a 'Pick-Up Request' text the evening before your scheduled pick-up. Reply 'Y', fill your bag, and have it by your outside door in the pre-determined, weather-sheltered location no later than 8:00 am for pick-up.

2 We Pick Up & Clean
We pick-up your order and carefully clean your clothes. The prices for dry cleaning and laundry are the same as in stores; there are no minimum order requirements, monthly fees, or delivery charges.

3 We Deliver Your Clean Items
We deliver your items back on your next delivery day to the pre-determined weather-sheltered location and attach them to your door hook. The cleaning charges will be charged automatically to the credit card on file.

Is there a minimum?
No minimums, no fees. Our service is on-demand, so whether you use us once a week or once a month, you are perfect for this service.

What happens after I sign up?
You will receive a call from our coordinator to verify your delivery address, provide your service days, and go over how the on-demand service works. You will also receive a confirmation email. Then your delivery specialist will drop off a starter kit at your home that includes a free garment bag to put your clothes in and a hook for your door.

Do I need to be home when my clothes are picked up or dropped off?
No, We will place your clean items on the door hook in your pre-determined, weather-sheltered location. Just fill your bag and have it by your outside door no later than 8:00 am for pick-ups.

How do I let you know I have an order to pick-up?
A ‘Pick-Up Request’ text will be sent the evening before your scheduled pick-up, asking if you would like service. Simply reply ‘Y’

How will I pay for my cleaning?
Your cleaning will be charged directly to the credit/debit card you have on file.

What if I need a faster turnaround time?
Because we pick up and deliver two days a week, we expect you’ll find the turnaround time is ample. However, you can still use one of our store locations in an emergency.

What about holidays?
Our stores will be closed and our home delivery routes will not run on certain holidays. Click here for more details.

Sign Up is Free and Easy
After you sign up, you will receive a confirmation email that will explain the service in more detail and let you know your area’s pick-up and delivery days. If you do not have a credit card on file with us, a service representative will contact you to add a payment method for your cleaning services. Then, your delivery specialist will drop off a starter kit at your home that includes a free garment bag to put your clothes in and a hook for your door. They will also note special instructions and where you would like your finished orders delivered.
