Heather has been with A Cleaner World for 19 years, and has been the Manager at the Brandon Avenue location for 12 of those years. Her favorite part about work is cleaning and preserving wedding gowns. She also loves the connections she has made with the community, which are very important to her. She is a member of Junior League Roanoke Valley, The Vinton Dogwood Festival, and is very active in her church.

Julie

Lead CSR

Julie has been with A Cleaner World for 3 years. She is a Lead Customer Service Representative and the Saturday Manager at our Brandon Avenue location. Julie loves the environment at the store, especially the teamwork, and she is truly a team player who jumps in wherever she is needed. She also loves all the dogs she gets to meet in our drive-thru. Julie just became a first-time grandma, and loves her family and her pets. Her biggest hobbies are gardening and bird-watching.

Katie

Production Lead

Katie has been with A Cleaner World for 5 years. At our Brandon Avenue location, she is known as a Jack of All Trades, but is officially our Production Lead and Dry Cleaning Assistant. She helps in each area of the store. Her favorite part of work is treating all types of spots in clothes, and she is very good at it. Katie has two wonderful children, enjoys making art and music, and is active in her church.
