Over 9,000 coats donated through 3rd week of Give A Kid A Coat

With just under two weeks left of the 2023 Give A Kid A Coat campaign, donations of coats continue to be steady. To date, A Cleaner World has received and processed 9,347 coats for the Salvation Army to distribute in our local communities.

“It’s been humbling to see the turnout at our distribution locations and pop-up events,” said Bob Campbell, Director of Marketing and Public Relations for The Salvation Army of Greater Winston-Salem. “Every donated jacket ends up in the hands of a neighbor in need.”

Anyone can participate by dropping off outgrown jackets or no longer being used at any A Cleaner World location through February 11th. A Cleaner World will clean and repair the coats and send them to The Salvation Army for distribution. Families in need of coats should check with their local Salvation Army office for distribution information, or visit here.
