Ice and Snow Hinder But Don't Stop Steady Week Two Donations

The 2022 Give A Kid A Coat campaign has collected over 7,500 coats during the first two weeks of this year’s campaign. Winston-Salem and Kernersville locations have collected 2573 coats, High Point - 2148 coats, Greensboro - 1246 coats, and Burlington has collected 857 coats so far. Almost 700 coats have been collected from locations outside of the Piedmont Triad.

“We still have many weeks of cold and inclement weather to go,” said Van Denton of Fox8. “Please help us keep as many children warm as possible this year.”

If you’d like to help with this year’s Give A Kid A Coat campaign, simply drop off outgrown or unused coats at any A Cleaner World location. A Cleaner World will clean and repair coats and give them to The Salvation Army for distribution. Families in need of coats should check with their local Salvation Army office for distribution information, or visit: http://www.acleanerworld.com/aboutus/givingback.aspx

The 2022 Give A Kid A Coat campaign concludes Saturday, February 12, 2022. Give A Kid A Coat is sponsored by A Cleaner WorldThe Salvation ArmyFOX8, 1075KZL, Rock92, and AAA Storage.
