Forsyth County Home Delivery Service
Once upon a time, having your clothes dry cleaned or professionally laundered meant you had to get into your car, drive to the store while fighting traffic, and wait in line to drop off your clothes, and then you had to repeat the process when picking up your clean clothes. Not anymore. Not only does A Cleaner World offer Home Pick Up & Deliver Service in Guilford County, we now offer it in Forsyth County as well! Consider yourself lucky if you live in Winston-Salem, Kernersville, Lewisville, Clemmons, Advance, Bermuda Run, and Pfafftown.
There are 4 ways to sign up:
- Email your name, delivery address, and mobile number to Delivery@ACleanerWorld.com
- From your smart phone, follow this link (336-814-8115) to text us your name, mobile number, and delivery address
- Speak to a representative at your favorite A Cleaner World location
- Call 336-841-4188 and ask to speak to a Home Delivery Specialist
Once you’re signed up, you will receive an e-mail conformation explaining the service as well as informing you of your pickup and delivery days. In addition, a service representative will contact you regarding payment instructions.
Your delivery specialist will drop off a starter kit that includes a free garment bag to put your dirty clothes in and a hook for your door for your clean clothes. They will also note special instructions and where you would like your finished orders delivered.
A ‘Pick-Up Request’ text will be sent the evening before your scheduled pick-up. Fill your bag and have it by your outside door in the predetermined, weather-sheltered location no later than 8:00 a.m. for pickup. There's no need to be home. We’ll pick-up your order and carefully clean your clothes.
We deliver your clean items back on your next delivery day and attach them to your door hook.
